Q. Tell us about the book and how it was written? A. I've been spending a lot of time with group improvisation for the last 10 years...

Q. What happens at the session? A. Everyone arrives, sets up and ready to play at the start time. Often we work from a 'GRID' sheet - a piece of paper which tells you when to play but not what to play. Typically after a quick hello chat, two longer improvisations happen (say 30mins).
